Project title:

The company Instytut Rozwoju Kapitału Ludzkiego Sp. z o.o. entered the foreign markets: Austria and Switzerland with an innovative IT product in the form of AD+HR, which supports
the entire ongoing recruitment process.


Aim and planned effect of the project:
The company's export product is an IT AD+HR product that supports recruitment processes in companies.
The company expects that as a result of the implementation of internationalisation:

  1.  it will acquire new foreign markets in the form of: Austria and Switzerland;
  2. increase revenues by at least 25% by the end of 2025;
  3. develop its activities, thanks to the new experience acquired through international economic cooperation;
  4. will receive an increase in revenue, which in turn will allow for new investment in infrastructure and further development of service potential;
  5.  will establish new international contacts, allowing for further international expansion into new markets.

Measurable effects of project implementation:

- Number of business models of internationalisation prepared for implementation - 1;
- Number of new markets (countries) where the applicant is ready to start selling products - 2;
- Number of organised distribution channels that will be implemented on target markets - 4.

Project value:

Total value of the project amounts to - 508 800,00 PLN (in words: five hundred eight thousand eight hundred PLN 00/100)

European Funds contribution:

Project co-financing constituting de minimis aid - PLN 432 480.00 (in words: four hundred and thirty-two thousand four hundred and eight hundred PLN 00/100)
